CHArt CHArt Computers and the History of Art - 1997 Conference Demonstrations
In 1994 Ron Geibert published The New Street Photography, one of the first CD-ROMs to document a contemporary art exhibition. Since then he has also published Photography in the 1990s, an international survey of contemporary photography, and The Celebrative Spirit: 1937 - 1943, an examination of the Farm Security Administration photography. In addition he has been involved with a CD-ROM on contemporary relief printmaking and two in-house multimedia presentations on the University's permanent art collection and an exhibition that compared painters de Kooning and Fairfield Porter.
